    Mainstream Diagnostics has been sending covid test to my 98 yr old father and he did not order them. Ive sent them back. With a return to sender. Also unable to get ahold of anyone at this place to tell them to stop. Ive called ******** and hes been billed 10 times by 3 different labs, 5 different times by Mainstream. This is fraud. They are investigating this.

    We handle each call individually and we take patient consent seriously.    
    We send covid tests only when requested by the patient and if a patient calls to cancel or return the tests we immediately take them out of the system.  

    We received a request to cancel this order and the last tests were sent on May 18th 2023.  There were 3 shipments in total.  No tests have been sent after that date.

    We are requesting a immediate action to stop sending the Covid-19 test kits. We have never ordered these kits and yet now have storage of 16 kits. No idea how this started but please stop immediately. Its of no cost to us because they are being billed to ********* I have turned this into ******** fraud twice and yet it continues. This is a fraud, which is contributing to drive our ******** cost up. I will again call *********

    This company, Mainstream Diagnostics has been sending my mother 8 covid tests per month for many months. There are probably 60 or 70 of them in a box. I have written to them a couple of times requesting these be stopped as well as calling and leaving a voice message and have received no reply for either. My assumption is that these are being shipped and billed to ******** as the note says they are no cost to her. She has dementia so if she agreed to anything on the phone it would be invalid. I would really appreciate if you could intervene and help me to get this stopped. I plan on donating all of these to a non-profit or church to get them out of the house but there is no reason for her to be receiving them.Thanks in advance for anything you can do, and please feel free to contact me. These are being shipped to:***************************, *******************************************************************

    This response was taken verbally by BBB:

    At this time we have removed this consumer from mailing of test. At this time we have sent a total of ********** a 2 month period as the consumer stated they needed to test twice a week. Test were only sent out on 2-8-23 and 3-8-23.
