      I heard a response, but I don't believe they've changed anything yet. They just asked me some questions

      went to prison and used it once to try to kill myself as a teenager but I specifically told them I haven't touched them in 2 years(since prison) and have supporting evidence(if u look at the photos) where I clearly tell them it's been 2 years since I touched them YET they put it as a current/active problem and last use June .4: I've had negative drugs tests, they painted a picture of drug use being my main problem, when my mental health is, disgusting. They put down I abuse benzos when I use to in the past, and no longer do.Overall a very UNTRUTHFUL, borderline fraudulent healthcare company, that makes you look like a drug addict. If it negatively affects my disability claim, i will sue.I am DEMANDING you guys fix/correct my medical records. Or will contact a lawyer for further instructions. Fix my falsified/inaccurate medical records for my most recent BH eval and exams Fix my chief complaint, fix my opioids dependency comment, fix use of meth and fentanyl,
