    At the end of June, *************************** with Roadrunner Relocation Services LLC and his team moved us from ** to GA. When moving our stuff into the GA home, ***** broke a mirror that was inside my hutch. Prior to leaving, he put it in his system as a claim and told us that he would be getting with his glass guy in **, provide him the dimensions and they would be sending the replacement mirror to us. I followed up with him on multiple occasions, it would typically take me sending 2 or more emails and then he would respond with some excuse and tell me that he would take care of it. I was seeing that he was not working on the replacement so I offered him in lieu of replacing the mirror, he could credit me back $50 and I would work on getting the replacement up here. He replied Good morning definitely my apologies for all of the delays not my intention to keep you waiting. That sounds fair I'll refund $50 no problem at all ill process the refund today and then go from there. Again very sorry it took so long. That was on October 18. I have tried to reach out to him several times since then, giving him time to respond between emails. He has not responded to any of those emails and I dont have the refund. It has now been 5 months since the move and I still dont have my replacement mirror.
