    I do NOT recommend this company. I called them for a ***air at my residence, when they finished that job I asked them to look at a leak. They put a cartridge in a shower control, charged me an additional $340, the part is actually $15 on line, it took an additional 15 minutes to change out, the part was on there truck. I paid them on the spot, $840. I then gave them a good review. 14 months later the same faucet leaked, I called, they said they would come tomorrow and check out the leak. They stated it needed the same part and the cost $340 would be the same. I stated I wasnt going to that. I asked to discuss with a ***resentative the next day, possibly the owner. Another person called me back and stated get someone else to do it, I stated I contacted the manufacturer and they are sending new part at no charge, *** Shell *** said get someone else to do it. Very poor customer service. He made $300 on the said part and still would not install new part. Please look elsewhere for your plumbing ***airs!

    We had gone to your home on February 27, 2024 to perform some work for you. During that work, you had asked about repairing your Moen tub and shower valve. We gave you a quote of $340.00 to perform that work. You accepted and we did the work. On the invoice it clearly stated that there is a one year warranty on the parts. We don't manufacture the parts, we supply them. You signed for said work and paid with a credit card. In April of 2025 you claimed that the valve was leaking again. We sent out a technician to look at the issue. The cartridge was in need of replacement again. This is oftentimes due to hard water or water with high chlorine content. Therefore, we only provide a one year warranty. You declined the estimate "Because we only pay $15 for the part." We actually pay closer to $80 for the part, that's neither here nor there. I have included a screen shot of the product from Home Depot's website for you. However, we buy them from a plumbing supplier and pay more than the Home Depot products. There is mark-up on parts, there is travel time, wages, insurance (worker's comp, auto, general liability, etc.) wages for the person who answers the phone, office rent, auto payments, utilities, etc. that factor into our pricing. Thus, we cannot charge just the price of the product to do work. That doesn't pay the bills.

        You hung up on our office staff multiple times while trying to say that the work should be free. You sent me an email asking me to reconsider charging you anything and if I would do the work for free, you would allow me. I didn't reconsider. We provided a one year warranty, and it was beyond that. Our technician gave you the option to order the part from Moen at no charge and we would install your part for $189.00. Again you declined and only wanted it for free. Unfortunately, that is not an option in this case. All of our customers are valued, including you. But you cannot dictate our pricing, we as a company do that. WE gave you options; A. Our supplied part at the same price as 14 months prior $340.00. B. Call Moen and have them send you one at no charge and we would install it for $189.00. There was also an unspoken opttion C. Don't have it done by us. You chose option C and that's okay. All of your reviews on different media is not going to change that we will not do it for free.  Hopefully, this response will appease you.

    Like I told your associate on her email the other night. You and your company has lots of trouble keeping your facts correct to try to make yourself seem like a reputable company, which you are not. But you keep trying to, truth is not one of your virtues. I own four properties in three states, I have always used contractors, only honest, fair and do good work. I had one in Florida that I won’t use again, I now have two, You have a good day. Also, you keep repeating any mistruths you want. It is obvious why, after 40 years you have no BBB rating.

    Awesome company! Family-owned businesses are always the best, and this one is no exception. They arrived the same day, were prompt, and the plumbers were in uniform—very professional and informative. Their pricing is very competitive, and best of all, the job was done right the first time. Highly recommended! Always available.
