    I placed an order with 72 hour print.com in August of 2023 at the *************** in *********, **. I waited several weeks for a proof and when it arrived it was not what I was looking for, I asked that it be redesigned and emailed them several photos of garments that they had on display at the expo. It took several weeks and once again it was not what I wanted and would not be a good representation of my business. By this time it was February 2024. I emailed the company and my representative ******** starting in February of 2024 and stating that I did not like any of the designs that I have received and would like a refund of the money that I have paid, she replied that she is looking into it. I have been calling every few weeks and have been getting told that she has left for the day or is at lunch and will call me back when she returns, those calls have never been returned and no one has called me back that business day. I spoke with several emeplyees at the Huge Convention in August 2024 and stated that I have not received any merchandise and would like a refund. They stated that they don't know how to do that and it's an accountant issue. They offered me business cards or signs in replacement of the garments I ordered. I explained that our business was changing and we need the money to re-invest into the business. I have been calling and have always been told that they are looking into this matter, I have not been able to get ahold of ******** and was told this needs to be handled at a higher level. I was given someone's phone number to call, but when I do and also text that number I get no reply. I have been calling for over a year and a half, and have no resolution. The order number that I was given in August 2023 was *****. I would like a resolution to issue from 72 hour print, their accountant and whoever is able to complete this issue.

    Paid money for uniforms upfront in full. Before design services could begin they requested me to sign long fine print document. After I read the fine print, I was not willing to surrender my logo to them for their ownership to use hereafter. The stipulations state that they could use my logo even without my permission. I could not agree with that, So I ask for a refund. Many emails and calls (and frustration) they did not refund me. They did state they would issue a refund, but never did.

    I paid $597.45 in full for **** menus on 12/5/22. After calling and texting for weeks on end, I walked into their establishment on 2/14/23 after being told over the phone they would be ready by that date. They had not even started printing the menus.I told them I was in desperate need because I was completely out. I was asked how many would I need to get by200, 500? I said 500 would be ok for today. They told me about and hour so I left and came back and then waited an additional ************************************************************************************************************ the following week. When calling the next week to follow up, I was told by his wife that he gave me the full **** on 2/14/23 which was definitely not the case as I have a picture of what I was given. Upon calling them constantly debating the fact that I was not given what I paid for, I was told over the phone the past few weeks that they would get back with me and would make it right. All they did was blow me off. I dont appreciate being called a liar and I refuse to be treated this way. I want what I paid for. I reached out one more time on 4/5/23 and on 4/6/23 I received a message from the owners wife stating she will find out when he can get it all completed and get back to me with a pickup time. Today is 4/16 and no word of when I can pick up the menus that I previously paid for. At this point, I will resort to taking legal action if necessary.
