    Title 4 Solutions Its turned into a full blown scam. They take your money infinitely and never stop. You have to close your accounts to make them stop. Im disabled and my loan was discharged due to permanent disability 7 years ago and they are still taking my money and they have no clue whats going on with my student loan. Cooperate scam. They have taken a minimum of ***** over 8 years and they are still erroneously taking my money and know nothing about whats going on in the student loan forgiveness of the clients they are suppose to serve.

    When this client signed up with us in 2018, she was in wage garnishment. We fixed this problem and had her loans transferred to an appropriate servicer. She signed an agreement via DocuSign and had our ************* of ******** notarized. She was aware of the services we provide. We prepare and submit out client Employment Certification and Income Driven Repayment Plans annually. Our membership fees are paid monthly or yearly, whichever the client chooses. This client after multiple years of no response to our contact attempts reached out to cancel her service rudely. We canceled the fees when she did so. There were never any earlier attempts to cancel. ******* doesnt cancel your monthly fee if you dont stream movies or open their app. Why would we do so? If we dont know there is a problem we cant fix it. Regarding her Disability Discharge. She did not reach out to let us know this was completed so we wouldnt know that. I apologize for her feeling this way, but we are by no means scamming people.

    Ive been dealing with this company for over 5 years. I believe they changed their name from Title IV services to Title IV solutions. I needed assistance with my student loans. At the time it sounded like a great idea that the representative presented to me. They told me about the ************** Loan Forgiveness program (PSLF). I started off paying $5/mth (1st red flag). Then it increased to $9 and now $15! I now know, I shouldnt have to pay for student loan services thats offered for free! But again, I was excited about getting some debt relief, so I thought! Fast forward to October 2022, I spoke with a Rep about the temporary relief program to get my former employers to count towards my loans. He talk me through what needed to be done, but soon after we hung up I received an alert about my password being changed (2nd red flag)! I then called back and spoke with the rep, and asked did he do something with my password? He stumbled over his words and said, Uum yes, I needed to do something, but I never gave him any of that info. He then said if I changed it myself I needed to give it to him (never happened). I call back about a week later with more questions(no answer)Now before the password incident my phone calls would always be answered or my calls would be returned after *** left a message. To date, I have had my phone calls answered or messages returned since (3rd flag)! I dont know if my alarming of the password alerted them that I may have caught on to something. But for me that was strange behavior. So, I did research and saw where several ppl said they were scammed by this same company they took their money and never did the work. I contacted my actual loan provider and they said they havent received anything since 2018! This company has all my information and hasnt done anything with it! Theyre taking advantage of innocent hardworking ppl. I have bank statements of auto drafts of payments from this company. I also filed a complaint with the ****
