    I purchased this "vacation package" in Feb 2022. I tried to reach out to make a reservation and never heard back. I just received a call from the "corporate department" to let me know that the entity Today Travel Getaway had given poor service and that corporate was going to take over for only $298.00 (with additional vacations of course). It is now Aug 2023 and have not been able to book a vacation. I told him that they had nerve to try and get more money from me and he got very angry. He says his name is *******************. BUYER BEWARE.

    I was convinced by someone from this company how great it would be to purchase this travel package. They promised me how flexible and accommodating it would be to travel using this package. I was told that I would get an $800 hotel card. I have yet to receive my card I have not been able to travel with this package. They never full answer questions when I call them. The call reps act very bothered when I do call them. They dont return my calls or emails. They will lot book the stays that I ask for and they lied about what areas I could travel to. Everything they told me was all lies and Im unable to use this package that I spend my money on and I want either a full refund or someone to figure out how I can use this package immediately.

    back in 2018-19 I paid for a getaway it was 400-500$. ***** hit and I tried reaching out, and got nowhere. I wrote it off. I was contacted today, regarding that trip and told for $388 I could reinstate it. I asked for an email to look it over and was told I was wasting their time. and hung up. I called back and I was told it was a restaurant. called again and a guy answered travel world gettaways and began to shush me over and over again. then they started making tss tss tss noises. the number was *************.

    I signed up for a raffle at the ****************** on July 23, 2022 for a free vacation. On August 1, 2022 I received a phone call from ********************* at ************. ***** stated that I had won the raffle and that I would received 5 days at ****************** in *******, ** followed by 3 days at ************** in *************, **. After that I could get 5 days all-inclusive trip out of country. All for $299 per adult. With 2 adults, that came out to $598.00 I first requested a refund on August 4, 2022. After several phone calls over several weeks, I continued not to receive a refund. Pursuant to Florida Statute 559.933.(1).(a), I am entitled to a refund within 30 days. Since then the 30-day window has passed and I still have not received a refund. They will no longer answer my calls.Their phone number is ************. ****, their customer service rep, answers that line. Their website is vip5starpackage.com. Their license number is *******. Their email comes up as ***********************.
