    On June 6th 2024, ******* ******* came to my home to quote me shades. We agreed upon our options and made a download payment via ***** for the total of $1,284.00. He mentioned that it would take 2-3 months to be built, delivered, and installed. Unfortunately, ******* never returned any of my calls or text messages when I asked for updates until I called from a number he did not have knowledge of. When he answered he said he was not home but would give me a status update once he got home. That was the last I heard of him. The ****** profile for Coast-to-Coast ************************************************ LLC contained several other negative reviews stating the same scenario, but the profile has since been deleted, I'm sure to not make the public aware of his fraudulent activity. **** reviews for this company also contain two reviews that mention the same. I have since ordered shades from another company. I am looking to get a refund from Mr. ******* for services he never provided. I would urge the BBB to check into this company. I still contain the text message conversation I had with Mr. ******* and can show the confirmation that my Zelle payment went to Coast-to-Coast *********************************************** on June 6th, 2024. Unfortunately, ***** transfers are treated like cash and I am unable to file a complaint through Zelle.
