    This is an attempt to collect a full refund, covering the alleged marketing funds to assist in the sale of our Silverleaf timeshares. We were originally contacted by ******************* and *************************** in December of 2021 with false promises stating CMG had multiple offers for the two weeks of timeshares we were no longer utilizing. They both promised they would close the sale within 90 days. The communication was far from subpar once they received our first round of $3596. Both my husband and I reached out on a weekly if not daily basis to be fed lies. That is if they ever answered. We were told multiple times they were working everything on the back end but couldn't provide any details due to the privacy of their customers. Eventually we lost hope and gave up after a year and a half of lies. Someone in their office is always sick or on leave, never able to return a call with accurate information. Fast forward to this year in August, a new representative reached out stating she was now over our file and had many people ready to close the deal, as the interest were now for corporate housing. ********************* was again genuine and very believable, resulting in us entrusting in this company again. Now we are invested a total of $7192. *** continued to stay in touch for about two weeks after we paid the fee, however it halted quickly after. It would go sometimes up to 3 weeks of no return calls and or text. This company is a scam and continues to lie to their customers. Bry is no longer with CMG, yet **** continues to say she is on leave. I requested copies of my contracts and **** told me he could not provide. THEY LIE THROUGH THERE TEETH JUST TO GET YOU TO PAY THEIR SO CALLED MARKETING FEES.I AM DEMANDING A FULL REFUND. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY. I AM SEEKING LEGAL ******* AND A FULL REFUND. THIS COMPANY SHOULD NOT BE IN BUSINESS!!!!!! I HAVE BOOKS OF WRITTEN TEXT WITH ALL THE FALSE PROMISES FROM CMG !!!!!! JUST A SHAME!

    On July 22, 2022 I received an email from Kellie A**** regarding their services to sell our timeshare. In her email she stated "With the lack of inventory you can expect this to be a quick process..." On July 25, 2022 an email was sent from docusign to sign the contract and provide credit card details which was signed. In my conversations with Ms. A****, she assured me that the property would sell within the 90 days. Communication thereafter, has always been "there is interest in the property;" "we have your property in our showroom," but that was far as the information went. We never received confirmation of any posting of our property in their "showroom" or anywhere else. We paid Coastal Marketing up front in the amount of $3,596.00 with the assumption that our property would be sold within the 90 day period. Between July 22, 2022 to present there were email communication requesting updates with no results. On November 29, 2022 I was approached by Luis Hernandez, Account Manager. During our phone call, Mr. H******** informed me that if we paid an additional fee they can sell our property at a wholesale with no guarantee. We declined his offer, as we were not going to pay the company any more money. It is now May 8, 2023 and the property has not been sold. Coastal Marketing assured us that their company is not a scam. The contract we signed was with Coastal Vacation Properties. We have not ONCE received ANY communication from them. Clearly, this is a SCAM!!! We are demanding a refund. If we don't receive a refund, we will take this matter to court in California, not Florida.

    In early 2022 I paid this company to help us sell a timeshare that we no longer want. They assured me that once I paid a one time fee of $998.00, they will sell my timeshare and I wouldn't have to pay any additional fees.

    Imagine my surprise when they called me 2 months later asking for an additional $1500.00?!!! This is our hard earned money. and we trusted this deceitful company .

    I just want my money back so I can find a good company to sell my timeshares for me.

    In July 2022 I paid this company to help me sale a timeshare that I no longer want. They assured me that once I paid a One time fee that they will not only sale my timeshare but I will not have to pay any additional fee to sale . But to my surprise I was called about 3 months later and asked to pay an additional $2500 in order to sell my timeshare or they can't do it. I am a single father who gave my trust and hard earned money to this company who obviously continues to have these issues with not being truthful. I just want my money back so I can pay a more reputable company as they are clearly not.
