  My Name is ******* ***** i have worked for **** **** Owner of Arborist Action Professional Tree Service for over 4 Years on and off. He is refusing to pay me my comissions for Jobs sold During this last Hurricane situation in ***** Fl. He Has made several racist comments about Customers and uses his crane as Leverage to take advantage of old people and diabled veterans charging insane amounts of Money to remove Trees from Roofs in Hurricane Stricken areas.

  Work was done on 10/11/24. 1. Contract and hand drawing of area clearly outlined palm tree mess to be cut down. Area was left a huge mess! 2. They said it wasnt written in contract for it to be cleaned up. Spoke w 2 neighbors who used them and cleanup not written on contract for them but a good cleanup was done. Then, IN AREA NOT WRITTEN IN CONTRACT TO BE EVEN TOUCHED AND NOT DRAWN ON CONTRACT, they chopped down 2 large hibiscus bushes (about 2 inch piece left) and demolished a huge butterfly vine that covered a large area, as well as several other shrubs in area, and left a huge mess! NONE OF THIS WAS EVEN TO BE LOOKED AT OR TOUCHED! I called them when I saw the mess, and 2 men returned the next day with no reason for area that was ruined and not on contract, and mess left with it. One said the boss did it. Re: area from work that was marked to be done, and mess left, they said I had a little project to do. I then wrote company again with same complaints and wanting payment for lost shrubs. I never have heard another word from them. I really regret ever having signed a contract with them. My gut felt like charge was too high, but additionally I now have a massive mess, lots of heavy work to do, and plants gone.

  Doorknob solicitation hung with clearly visible "No Solicitation" sign at the doorknob. This type of solicitation is nothing more than an advertisement to criminals that there is no one home. If the people working for Arborist Action Professional Tree Service, LLC can't read or do not understand "No Solicitation" why would I want anyone from this company on my property. I wanted to take a picture of the "salesman's" car tag but he backed all the way down the street (150 yards +/-) so I couldn't get a picture. What did he have to hide? Was he "casing" my house to return later? There are better ways to advertise without putting homeowners at risk. Be Better, do better. Will Never use this service.

  Had the guys out to have 2 trees removed at my Dads home. They were very fast and did a great job. Cost $5000. However, no one told my elderly father that he needed to tell them where the water lines were. He's been here for over 40 years. How would he know that? So yesterday, the guy came to grind the stumps. Immediately he hit a water main. Came and told us and went right back to grinding. He was rude and didn't even call the office. I had to call them myself. The owners wife basically told me they weren't responsible for anything underground and that it was in the contract. She said she'd check with her husband to see if anything could be done. I called back several times as the day was getting later. She ended up saying in so many words that they wouldn't do anything about it. We were also told that we'd get a call from the owner. He still hasn't contacted my Dad. Im completely disgusted by their customer service and would not recommend them to anyone. They care nothing about anything but collecting their check. We had to hire a company to come out this morning to the tune of an extra $968.00, to fix the plumbing. Extremely disappointed in the owners lack of communication and care.

  We had a very good experience with this company. They arrived when they said they would with a large crew to remove two trees that were to close to my house and to prune another one in the front of my yard. They cleaned up and hauled away all debris and returned to clear out the stumps within a short time. Thank you so much for your great tree service.
