    If anyone is looking for transportation in the New Smyrna Beach area, either to the airport, Disney, etc. Steve from Super Rides is your man!
    My wife and I have utilized him several times now, with pick up times from 4am and everytime he's been early, and dropped us off with plenty of time to spare.
    He's extremely professional, and is an excellent driver. He's the only driver we use.

    This company (Steve) is punctual, accommodating, easy communication, smooth trips & overall friendly.

    We have used Steve for multiple trips. He’s always very accommodating & communication is easy.

    Stephen, owner, agreed to pick me up from Orlando International Airport and drive me to my home in New Smyrna Beach.

    He did not as agreed meet me but left me stranded at the Airport, which is an hour and 20 minutes from my home. This was at 10 pm.

    He is, in my opinion, unreliable and unprofessional.

    This review is untruthful as it is unfair. It is NOT an accurate representation of the facts. The client was taking an International flight from from another country to the United States and notified us while still out of the country that her airline grounded her plane from take off due to mechanaical problems, and that she would not be landing at the previous scheduled time of her courttesy resevation. We empathize and sympathize wholeheartedly with the client and know how truly frustrating it can be traveling out of the country with an international flight departure and arrival with a long delay. It is apparent that the client has misdirected anger at us, and not at her airline. It was her airline that was unreliable and was the root cause of the issue that caused her inconvenience, not SUPER RIDES INC. We understand that a delayed international flight is not the fault of the client, but it certainly is not ours nor is it the mission of this organization, of which I am President, to right the wrongs of an airline. Had the client’s flight been on time or just slightly late, the client would have had no issue. The client was *not* abandoned. Here are the facts:
    (A) We were on schedule and on time for the Sunday pick-up at 9:40 PM
    (B) We stayed in two-way communication with client the entire time while in Canada before the client boarded until after the client landed at Orlando/MCO.
    (C) A week prior the client paid for a one (1) way trip to the airport. The client did not pay for a return trip on October 22, 2023.
    (D) There was a courtesy reservation made for the return trip with arrival time from Canada to Orlando/MCO on Sunday at 9:40 PM October 22, 2023.
    (E) On that Sunday at exactly 6:31 PM while the client was still in Canada, we were informed of a long departure delay and undetermined arrival delay.
    (F) We did our due diligence and calculated a flight time of 2 hours and 40 minutes; the new arrival time was to be at best 10:31 PM.
    (G) We notified the client while still on the ground in Canada, that an excessive delay of nearly one hour would cause a detriment to another reserved client who was previously booked with a pick-up after her, and that it would be unfair to punish an innocent client by making that client wait an hour because her flight was delayed, that order to stay on schedule to accomodate the remaining pre-scheduled trip, that we would move-on to that pick-up, then return to the airport to pick her up.
    (H) The client’s flight did in fact land at exactly 10:31 PM.
    (I) The client’s flight was in fact fifty-one (51) minutes late.
    (J) At 10:49 PM This message was sent to the client, “We are on our way to the next pick-up. Once they are delivered, we will come back to get you.”
    (K) At 11:04 PM the client responded that she had made other arrangements.
    (L) In the client’s own words, “I have found another way.”
    (M) We responded to the client with this following message. “Rosemary, had we not had a pick-up after yours we would have been happy to wait for you. Unfortunately, tonight there are clients to pick-up after you. It just wasn’t right to tell those clients, who arriving on on-time, to wait an hour because another client was late, I trust you understand.”
    IN SUMMARY:
    (N) The client was fully aware while still in Canada, that due to a pre-scheduled trip after hers, her airline’s lengthy flight delay would be detrimental to the next client and that this office would not punish an innocent person. The client knew that we were making the next pick-up, then would be coming back to get her.
    (O) We advised the client that we reached out to other drivers to make the pick-up, but there was no one available and that we were returning to the airport to pick her up, but she advised us she found another way home.
    (P) Make no mistake, I am the President of SUPER RIDES INC, I make the decisions. The responsibility of the client's transportation is mine and mine alone, and as long as there is air in my lungs the innocent wil not be harmed,
    (Q) The decision to move to the next scheduled appointment was not motivated by money. The next trip fare was in fact considerably less. We moved to it because it was the right thing to do.
    (R) As a courtesy, to compensate the client for her inconvenience, we offered the client free round-trip transportation for her next planned vacation.
    (S) We would respectfully ask the client to please remove this untruthful review.
