      This complaint is filed on behalf of my company, ******** Home Builders, LLC, against Legacy Cabinet Company. We have previously purchased products without issue; we recently purchased cabinets for a new construction spec in Hiawassee, Ga. A poor installation in late April created issues including incorrect crown, screw penetrations & gouges in cabinets, a cracked doo** and many areas that were chipped or scratched during installation. Sales rep was of NO help The 1st visit they replaced the crown, still wrong. The 2nd & 3rd visits the tech spray painted the cabinets. The 4th visit they sent the tech with incorrect products for repai** but tech inspected cabinets thoroughly requesting the majority of doors, drawers & hinges be replaced. The 5th visit introduced us to Will who helped us tremendously but has his hands tied as well. He spoke with Jason ******** the director of customer service(?). After much deliberation they decided to replace the suggested items as we could not sell the house & have incurred about $10K+ in interest payments due to the cabinets. We were finally able to reach Jason ourselves, the company agreed to put a rush on doors/drawer fronts & have enough people there, along with Will, to complete all the repairs in one day. They scheduled Sept 15 to complete repairs, & of course, everything they said would happen didn’t! Ultimately, everything they have committed to has been a lie. We were finally able to get a contract on the home only because the company intends to replace the material. Now we are four days from closing, repairs weren’t completed on the 15th, said they would be there on the 18th….no show! Six services later we still do not have a finished product. They have only charged us 50% of the cost of the cabinets, I feel they should refund our full cost due to the service & issues we have endured. This is a blemish on our reputation as a home builder and I’m very concerned the repairs won’t be completed before closing!
