    Brandon didn’t do any work for us, however he was highly unprofessional when coming out to make an estimate. When I called out to stop his 7 year old child not to run around in my newly planted wildflower beds, he had a temper tantrum and stalked off. He also expressed unpleasant anger at me because he wanted to immediately appear for an estimate, but I had a prior engagement. Still, I made time to see him within four hours of his request to be here and look at the job. He griped about how he tried “all day” to reach me. Really quite unpleasant and unprofessional.

    To Whom it May Concern, 

    We would like to settle this complaint as ***** ******** was very unpleasant to work with as well. She was very demanding from the start of her request for our company to come and evaluate the small project that she requested for us to initially estimate for her. She verbally stated that she had called a multitude of other companies in our area to come and render the service she needed assistance with. No one will come and work with her due to her attitude and belittling behavior. She was initially the perpetrator to begin with by "yelling" at our 8 year old son who was with the owner at the time due to school being out on a holiday (Presidents Day). We do not appreciate the actions that she took upon her self to speak to our child this way. At that given time Brandon the owner stated right away, "Ma'am we are not going to be able to do business with you", Brandon the owner kindly walked away to exit the property and ***** ******** continued behind Brandon and kept on belittling and battering him with her unpleasant words. We would also like to add to this statement that Julie did inform us that other companies have come to help her with her requested jobs and they have not been able to complete the jobs, and we are under the impression that the jobs do not get completed because of her actions that she takes with her communication skills, which are poor at most to our knowledge. We will not be doing any business with the ******** family in the future as Julie was very rude and hostile. We are a professional company that has been in business for many years and have never received any complaints in this matter until now. 

     

    Thank you for your assistance in settling this dispute and we hope to receive proper communication in compliance to get this resolved and removed from our account.
