    I signed a contract for monthly services for treatment of fleas. The first service was to include the initial visit and a follow-up visit in two weeks. At the first service, the tech stated he was not told he was there to treat fleas and he only had enough chemicals to treat 85% of the area. I was charge the full amount. I called and scheduled the follow up and no one showed up or called to cancel the appointment. When I called back to let them know this, I was told I could leave a message and someone would return my call. No one called. I two more messages withing the span of two weeks with no return call. By this time, I had been charged for the second month of service. I called to tell them I wanted the contract cancelled and explained all of my complaints. I was told they would cancel it. They agreed to refund the second month, but still charged me for the full amount for the first month. I only received 85% of a the initial service and no follow up. I have waited three weeks and no refund has been given. Each week I have called to ask why I was not refunded and I keep being told they will send a message to the business office. This is by far the worst experience I have ever had with a business.

    This company was hired by my realtor in April 2021 to conduct services. I requested to have a termite bond done on a property i was in the process of purchasing; that was $1000. This company came out and performed the service. They sprayed inside and out, I was told that it was good for 7 years. I then began monthly rodent care due to the inspection report showing signs of rodents outside; they quoted me $45 monthly for this service. Later down the road I noticed my credit card was charged several for amounts not authorized. I contacted the manager and inquired. I was ignored. To my knowledge, I had only asked for monthly rodent care. I requested that services be stopped after many attempts to contact this company. On May 27 they came to fill the rodent boxes with poison after I had asked for the services to be stopped. I then contacted them and questioned the charges again, they then informed me that I was being charged for an annual termite plan, bug plan and rodent plan... I told them that I didn't want those and didn't sign up for those. Then I asked them to come get their boxes and cancel the services. They came on 6/5/22 to get the boxes a week from their previous service. They refuse to prorate and refuse to provide credit for cancelled services. This is absolutely unethical. I received an email from their collection manager stating that I owed for the May 27, 2022 service despite they'd taking the boxes a week later! Why am I paying for a service not provided. The bill is $55 and they are charging interest. They claim my contract states that I owed them a 30 day notice. My argument is that they should have picked the boxes up at the end of that 30 days then. This is fraudulent charging someone for services not provided. I have yet to hear back from the manager that set up my treatment services with the realtor. This was during COVID and I bought electronically due to various COVID rules. I asked for a prorate due to them taking the boxes early.

    I have received zero phone calls from this company. I have received one email this past week, however had not had a chance to respond. They breached their own contract when they removed their rodent boxes from my home when I provided them with a 30 day notice. Then they refused to prorate. They made me take steps with the better business bureau to resolve. This company is shady. I am happy that they removed the $58 in charges, but a customer should never have to contact the BBB to resolve something that could have been handled at the lowest level. This is not a good company.

    We have made multiple attempts by phone and email to reach the customer to settle this issue privately but have heard anything back from the customer. We are sorry that you did not have a positive experience with our company. The balance of $58.00 for the last service has been removed from the account effective 9/30/2022. We do have signed legal agreements for all services performed at this residence that were signed by the homeowner, which do include a policy that states you have to put in writing your wish to cancel service 30 days prior to your next service.     I am very sorry that you are unhappy with the resolution that was provided to your issue with our company. I do agree that all disputes with any company should be handle promptly and with a resolution that hopefully both parties are happy with. I will use this disagreement and how it was handled as a training example for my staff so that in the future the resolution to any problem is quicker and more satisfactory. I apologize that this incident occurred to you and caused you any distress. The balance was removed from the account with a note not to contact you any further. Again, I apologize that you had this negative experience.
