    I rented a dumpster from this company and they never delivered the dumpster and they stopped answering all of my calls and text. I reached out to them on all forms of social media, email, called, etc. I was an idiot and paid them with my business credit card the night before the dumpster was supposed to arrive. The next day the dumpster never showed and they stopped answering my calls and texts. I paid them $258.75 I now believe all their 5 star reviews on ****** are fake along with their social media.

    We are a small business with only one truck. That truck was down with mechanical issues for 3 weeks causing us to have to cancel all the jobs in that time period. The customer was refunded in full on January 13th. We apologize for any inconvenience that may have occurred. I have resent proof of refund to the customer's email today. We had *********** in our system I have sent it to both *********** and *********

    They never informed me about any of this at all, they completely ignored all of my text messages and calls about this. They have since refunded me, but still never gave any sort of explanation or apology! That is totally unacceptable from a business standpoint. If she would have answered my calls and texts about this I would have been understanding about it, but she completely ignored me and left me with no explanation of why they didnt show.  All I got was an automated text stating I was refunded days later!  At the time I fully thought I was being scammed!

    Kind of sad I had to reach out to BBB to finally get an explanation on why I didnt receive their service. To be honest, I thought there might have been a sudden death in the family or something, but no? The truck was just down? They should have told me that!
