    July 22, 2024 counters installed while I was at work. Came home and they were clearly defective. August 2, 2024 two guys came from company and polished stone. (The owner clarified later it was the wrong polish for my stone.) Sept 19, 2024 **************** polish did not help. Sept 23, 2024-Company replied they will touch base when their technician returns. Sept 30, 2024 ******* asked for pictures, I sent them. Oct 16, 2024, messaged for movement on issue. Oct 17, 24-******* replied their internet just returned. Oct 24, 24 ******* replied she was following up with factory for answers. I stopped Oct 25, 24 and ******* stated the company offered to replace the stone but someone needed to pay their fabricator to re-cut the new counters. I told them that was their problem, I paid them and they needed to honor their business end and work that with the factory. Oct 30, 24, ****** and factory talked but he left at 5pm so no answer. Oct 31, 24 they were suppose to send out their template guys. That was cancelled till Nov. 8, 2024. Then it changed to the owner coming out. Nov 1, 24 ****** came out and agreed the stone wasn't right. He promised us if he couldn't fix it he would replace it. ****** stated he will personally take care of us. He was scheduled Nov 4th, Nov 5th both no shows. He showed Nov 6, 24 did a treatment to the stone and was told to wait 24 hours before using and he would return in 1 week to put another chemical on top. Scheduled Nov 13, no show. Nov 14 came and put horrible smelling chemical on stone (lasted all night) and was told to wait another 24 before using. I sent him a message Nov 26 that the treatment did not work. No response from him. Dec 10 reached out to ******* about ****** not responding to my messages. Dec 11, she responded they were busy and will reach out at a later time. Dec 12, she responded they were waiting to hear back from their guy. Dec 20, I messaged them asking for half my money back and no ties. Dec 27, replied doing their best
