    I hired 5 Star Painting to paint my entryway. The quote was for **** dollars and included sanding and preparation of the entryway. Project manager showed up and did not understand why sanding was needed and neither did the painters. They did the job and I was not satisfied with the paint job. After looking further into the job, I noticed paint spray beyond where it was taped off. both side are visible. You can even see it from the street. I noted this and told the project manager. He said he spoke to the "bosses" and there is nothing they can do. I signed there paperwork and kicked him off my property. This company does not care about their customer.

    I did hear back from 5 Star Painting. They did send someone over to repaint the overspray on my front door. Nothing else. I do appreciate they did that but still not happy with the job they did. I would not recommend them to anyone. It now looks as good as it did before they came to paint....
