E-mailed them for a simple backflow test and never even got a response. If a company cannot reply to a simple quote, how dependable would their actual service be? Youve been warned.

We are sorry for the missed email and not responding to your plumbing needs. Your email was sent to a personal email and I was out of town at the time as I explained in my reply email asking that you call or office for service.
This situation has brought to our attention that the county has listed the wrong email on their certified backflow tester list being sent out to customers. We have notified them and they are working on making the correction.
Please know that Advanced Plumbing strives everyday to make sure our customers are being taken care of in a prompt and professional manner. Our apologies for this miscommunication.
