We are seniors and we bought a **** ** **** ***** * ******* trailer from this company. It has been a nightmare, first thing was all scratched and a pound of dog hair under the mattresses and everywhere in the camper we couldnt even use it until we had it cleaned. They had to replace the mattresses and the dinette , which they shouldnt have even sold it to us until it was cleaned and repaired. It was such a disgusting mess Then early on fortunately ,we had bought insurance on it ,we needed a new air conditioner. Then we found out by turning the awning out that it was only held on by two screws, which couldve killed somebody on the road if it fell off. Now I just went out and there was water leaking under my trailer, and my daughter looked down in there and the holding tank has been taped with black tape to cover the holes. Now this trailer is parked. Its never even been driven along the road except delivered to my daughters backyard where we stay to help her take care of my great grandson who is disabled. My husband is 92 Im 86 and it has been a nightmare.I tell you I would think twice before I ever drove an RV off that parking lot.Torn curtains and dog footprints on the tv screen.

Subject: Response to Complaint Regarding Trailer Purchase

I would like to address the recent complaint regarding the trailer purchased on October 2, 2023. Based on our records, this unit was sold "As Is" with no warranty, and the sales documents were signed by both ********* and ********* acknowledging these terms.

At the time of sale, there were only two items listed on the "We Owe" form:

      A new battery

      A remote for the radio

These items were provided as agreed. In addition, although not part of the original purchase agreement, we also sent the customer a new mattress and new covers for the dinette as a goodwill gesture. These were shipped directly to the customer.

The trailer was fully inspected, and a walkthrough was conducted and signed off by the customer at delivery. No issues were noted at that time other than the battery and radio remote. Since then, we have not had the trailer returned for any service, nor do we have any record of further issues being reported.

At this point, it has been over a year and a half since the sale, and without any prior service history or communication regarding problems, we are unclear as to the basis of the current complaint.

Please let us know if there are any additional details we should be aware of so we can better understand and assist.

The reason they have not seen the trailer of the service is that its parked in ***** and all the Service is doing is being done on site. They are well aware of all the services that had to be done the air conditioner, which is the warranty which we did buy a warranty. And as for selling something as is, you dont sell the trailer with an awning that is falling off to two senior adults who they shouldve paid some extra attention to us as were in the 90s. Im not saying thats an excuse, but it wouldve been courteous. We have a warranty and although they did replace the beds in mattresses, it was because there was so much dog hair in there that you couldnt breathe and they were all ripped which they shouldnt have sold it to us that way in the first place. And no one expects us to get under a trailer and expect the water tanks holding tanks. And that is what were having a problem with now the water holding tank is leaking . The trailer was only a year old when we bought it. If you look at their reviews, they have terrible reviews.
