I purchased a service contract with this company back in August of 2021, but so far this year this company hasn't come out to maintain the AC unit of my property as was established by the contract (see attached). I contacted the manager/owner Bryan F. (attached Sunbiz report), in many opportunities. Finally, he replied to my text message saying that I needed to wait since he was booked and had no workers anymore (he never said a day). That was in April, in August after more attempts to reach him out, he replied back saying that my first cleaning was conducted the day he signed the contract, and I paid up for another cleaning service. He offered to wire the difference back because he wasn't able to complete/perform the job that he was hired for. I provided my bank's information and asked when the refund of the difference would take place. Again, after many attempts to get an answer, he replied back saying that as soon as he had the money. Then, I did not hear back from him again. I contacted the person that actually gave me his contact (Mike I.), and he tried to call him but he doesn't ever pick up the phone. Mike sent him a text message telling him that he referred his business to me, that he didn't finish what he was contracted for, therefore automatically he owed the money in the scope of his business obligation. Mike made reference to his statement "as soon as I have the money" - what is that mean, next year, next month next week, tomorrow? This/his behavior is so unprofessional, and not responsible. Mr. F. replied back with the attached text message... I can't even believe I actually hired this person, he replied back with terrible profanity, rudeness, and an aggressive position. I am requesting an immediate refund of the difference, which I believe is $60 to be sent to my mailing address, if this person tries to approach my property I will file a restraining order based on his last message sent to us - see text message attached.

This year has be hard on all of us in business finding help has been very challenging so i am by myself and trying to keep up with everything.
When this customer text me with her concerns about this year ac cleaning and wanted a refund of the last cleaning that she has paid for I had no problem ( I have included copies of the text message)at all with it and took her bank information so refunded could be done at the end of the month when my account does the books for the month also in this time my father passed away and I have had to be out of town as I told her boyfriend that was texting me about it at the same time which got heated due to him threatening me with leaving a bad review which is in part my fault but after a day of burying my dad and then listening to this guy threatening me pretty sure everybody would've done the same. The $60 for the last cleaning will be refunded as soon as possible we are just getting back to work after a very troubling few weeks.

I apologize for not responding, but I was expecting to receive an email once a response by the entity (PDQ) was received. I did not get an email this time.

Thank you, yes I will be expecting to have a refund by the end of the month - a refund of $60. Just as has been stated by Mr. Ferguson.

On the other hand, be advised that nobody has threatened Mr. Ferguson - please read ALL text messages provided. there was no threat raised against this person. We have notified the BBB by filing a complaint about how unhappy we were with the service rendered by Mr. F. Just TODAY Mr. F. is giving us a potential date... by the end of the month, he will refund $60 as requested. He never gave us a date as he was supposed to.

He is an aggressive person using awful profanity when there was no need. If he was having a bad day, all he had to say was to give us a day when he was depositing the refund. Instead, he replied back stating as soon as I have the money... and when it is that? So unprofessional.
