    Yesterday 0103- 2025. I went into tire discount to replace my current tires around 4 PM initially when I went in, they were having issues removing my tires and putting the new ones on. Upon seeing this, I went to ask them if there was any problems and they said there was nothing to worry about. I then waited five hours for them to balance and change my tires. After they were completed, I was unable to get an alignment so the following morning I went to an alignment shop, after having my truck reviewed, they stated I was sold bad tires and there was nothing that could be done to solve the issues Im having with the truck right now with my tire shaking and my steering wheel shaking uncontrollably while Im driving. Which the truck was not doing prior to me going in there to change my tires which tire discount stated I would just need an alignment to correct this, I am seeking a full refund and for them to fix the problem they have created since my truck has never drove this way before and it could have me to crash on my my home.

    On Jan 29th around 5pm my husband took our vehicle, 2019 ************ Civic for a new tire. He purchased a used tire from Tire Discount and drove 20 mins home to discover the tire was losing air. After putting air in the tire at home, we left with our 16 month old to have the tire replaced, as advised by an employee over the phone. Driving back home my husband had some concerns as the car is swerving to the right very aggressively. A few moments later the tire explodes. I call the business expressing my concern and request for a refund as this isnt two minor incidents in 24hrs but 2 possible major car accidents within 2hrs. I previously requested to speak to owner and was offered a manager instead who advised that a refund was appropriate and if not they also warranted the tire for 30 days however the owner will be in tomorrow.I advised my husband who wanted to be done with this after changing the tire. We arrived the business where my husband attempted to explain the situation however he was only offered another tire; I then got and explained that this was a very dangerous situation that could have ended badly and the response i received was this is the risk you take with used tires- though we disagree we requested a refund again as its been 2hrs since payment and both tires were rotten.The manager on scene accused me of yelling and walked away. I advised my husband to leave but he then waited patiently until the manager came back out and said oh you closed your trunk then we are closing too, no tire
