    I am a realtor. I would never recommend this inspector. He was rude and disrespectful. He inspected a vacant home, tripped GFI breakers to test them, one was to a standalone freezer. He never reset the tripped breakers. I went to a final walk thru today and found melted ice all over the floor. He did not turn the AC back on after testing it. He did not turn off the pool heater after testing it. He said the pool heater was broken, when in fact it was on a timer. He left the cover open to the pool equipment and outdoor electrical breaker box. He left two doors to the home unlocked when he left. What a disastrous inspection.

    *** came out and did an inspection for THE ***** and reported that the electrical box in the garage was not to code. Hade a contractor come and look and said that everything was fine. The buyer pulled out that night for good reason. this guy needs to find a job that suits his skill level. PM

    Threatening to come find us. We called the Sheriff's dept immediately on this guy. Was still harassing us when sheriff's were with us. Called them cupcakes. This guy is nuts.
