  I met him when he was working across the street from me. I asked if they could install a new garden in front of my house. They completed all of the work other than installing the stones for the garden top. I have tried to call ***** many times and he never answers the phone and does not call back. The stones were 5 yards for $2570.00. I paid this so he could pick up the stones and now im waiting 3 weeks with no reply from him. He needs to finish the job or refund my money.

  Hello,I spoke with him last week and he is being refunded. 95% of work was done all but the rock. I had some family issues that set me behind and he contacted you. I'll gladly return the money if this is going to resolve issues?

  I have not received the $2850.00 owed to me. I have filed a small claim, case # **-SC-007799. I will drop all claims once the full amount is paid  

  court is scheduled for December 13th at at 8:30 am

  Arbor Nature Tree Service and Landscaping provided me an estimate to remove a very large tree on my lot in early 2022. I contacted ********************************* the owner of the company in August 2022 to see if they could still remove the tree for the amount estimated. ***** indicated that he could do the job for the estimated amount and would start work immediately with a deposit. I provided the deposit and ***** began work about 2 weeks later. Upon starting the job ***** indicated he could no longer do the job for the amount estimated and would require double the estimate to complete the job. ***** stopped working and left our property in a mess with tree limbs on the ground. I decided not to send him any more money and asked for the deposit to be returned so we could hire someone else to do the job. ***** agreed to return half of the deposit but the funds have not been returned at this time. ***** essentially took the job for an estimated amount, did some work that put tree limbs on the ground and then requested more than double the money. When i refused he left the mess on the ground and left me in a very bad spot needing to get another company to clean up my lot. Very much a bait and switch situation.
