      Purchased a KitchenAid refrigerator June of 2022. A few months later they came out to repair the refrigerator for a loud fan motor and the refrigerator not cooling and ruining food. They replaced the motor and worked on the refrigerator. This occurred several times after the repair. Finally the 5th time of the same issue I called company and spoke to employee ***** who looked up my purchased and advised she sees the numerous attempts they did trying to fix the refrigerator and she felt they would be better off exchanging it instead of investing more money into it on repairs. ***** advised to come down and pick out another one. While at the store ***** advised she didnt realize we purchased it back in June of 2022 and could only sell us a new one at a discount. I advised this has been a on going repair since the day we bought it and they could not fix it. I purchased the refrigerator for over $1100 and expect it to work properly or exchange it for one that will.

      The other day I filed a complaint against Appliance Outfitters about a broken refrigerator. I did receive a phone call from the owner of the company apologizing that he was out of town and just got back. The owner was very nice and did resolve my issue and delivered a brand-new refrigerator today.
