    My patio door was not installed properly they needed to come back and install it again and my door is still not finished have been waiting till October 2024 for final pieces to be installed although took my full payment within the day Calls are being ignored by owner **** and keeps saying oh you will be added to the list. Absolutely shady work. Will never use this company again and would advise anyone to stay away. I want my door finished

    Professional service from the salesman to the installers. Salesman was very informative and answered every question, never felt pressure to sign the contract. Everything was installed on time and as promised. The windows and slider look amazing!! Thanks again

    Gotta say ALLSAFE has proven me wrong, never thought they would meet there expectations and come through with what they promised me ! Everything went as planned and Im one happy customer!     Allsafe uses the best hurricane windows that are made in ***************. Locally made windows lead to *************** and shorter lead times. I highly recommend using Allsafe for any window and/or door projects anyone is looking to do

    Allsafe Windows and Doors uses quality products at affordable prices. The installers from start to finish were professional, knowledgeable and did an amazing job. Owner keep me informed as he was in constant communication before and during installation. Highly recommend this company.

    Terrible service,purchased hurricane windows May 4th 2023. Still waiting on one window. Can't get city inspection. They have not reponded to 5 calls . Our next step may be legal recourse.

    First I do apologize for any inconvenience. I myself came to the home to review the issues you said that needed attention. All the contracted items were installed in your home. The install was very professional and clean. You even paid towards your balance that you owed and I even let you hold back a large amount till the service was complete even though it is in your contract that you can hold back 5% for service issues. The only item missing was a slider screen. I have the list of the few items that need service and ordered the screen and door parts needed. It was discussed at that time that the parts would take a few weeks to be delivered. It only 2 weeks for the screen and parts to be delivered. During that time you submitted 2 negative reviews on BBB and ******* But for some reason you have refused for my service team to the home to complete the service needed. I myself called and so did my salesman to try and get this corrected, But you refused. So the end result is we tried to take care of your service but was refused and there still is a balance owed that I am guessing that is the reason you are refusing my team to come out to the home. I would appreciate a call to discuss our options to correct this issue. I take our installations and service very serious. I am here anytime to get this taken care of in a timely manner. I ask kindly that you please remove both negative reviews. The permit has processed by The permit Group and the inspection will take place when they can. Thank you

    This is not a reputable company. Do not think their license or insured. **** the owner does not call back or come back to fix the new installed sliders we purchased. Did not apply for a permit. Installed against code. The worst ever.
