    *** and ******* , the people who work here will steal your money with their parking rules. They have a zero tolerance parking rule for their property which is fine but when I had asked ******* to extend my vehicles time on their Do not tow list she gave me verbal confirmation that she would extend it from November 11th to the 13th . With that being said my car was towed on the 11th, meaning she had not done her job. After that night I had went and got my car from the tow company they work with which was 200$ and went straight to ******* and **** office to discuss what had happened, she said that she had never gave me a verbal confirmation (when she did, they record all their conversations ) but that she will put my car back on the do not tow list until November 19th . The very next day, my car was booted and I had to pay 85 dollars to get it removed and ******* lied saying that I had gave her the wrong car to put on the do not tow list even tho I have proof that I had sent her an email with the registration of my car. They ar liars and will take your money . I am still looking to get our money back from this unprofessional business
