    Stored our belongings in climate controlled facility. Climate control was faulty, causing everything we own to become full of mold at a total loss. Company has refused to acknowledge responsibility. Everything we owned is gone due to complete negligence.

    Good Afternoon,

    There was never an issue with our climate control HVAC System, it was not faulty and working as designed and we also hired a *********************** that did do a mold inspection onsite that came out clear and with no evidence of mold inside our building. We can provide the reports if needed.
