1 starI am embarrassed to state that I did not seek a review of this company before I hired them for my windows and doors. This is the worst company to hired for anything. They do not communicate or care about you after they get your order. My windows were partially installed in *************************************************************** by December 15, 2023. This date was a joke in my option. I had two schedule installation dated, first contractor stated the Frame was the wrong size and he could not install the door. I called the office, and I was told that the company would order another frame. I am still waiting on the frame. On 2/15/2024 I was told that a contractor would install my door on 2/16/2024. No one arrive and we did not get a phone call to tell us that there was a problem. The **************** is the worst. If you don't call the office there will be no communication. I also called the Regional Manager and that was a joke. They don't care. I feel abused by the staff at New South Windows Solutions. I would not recommend this company.Review fromwenceslas D

1 starThis company is a scam. The sale representative told me that I will get a loan from *************** but in reality, it was a credit card that I applied for. He told me that the interest rate is 9%, but the first statement stated **** %. The job has been done since last month, and I am still waiting for the inspection to be completed. First, they sent me the wrong paper, and the second time, I am still waiting for someone to communicate with me about the time for the inspection. They still have pending work to do. Please stay away from New South Windows because they are unprofessional and not trustworthy. They misled me about the loan, but it was a credit card. My credit score dropped by 120 points because I overreached my credit usage by 90%.Review fromEric A

1 starNew South Windows Fort Lauderdale. Installers were poorly trained, they did not follow code or specifics of building permit. The installer failed to insert the necessary shims. Project failed inspection. To insert the missing shims the Tapcons had to be taken out and reinserted. New South reinserted the same Tapcons-same holes thus negates their grip. New South refused to go from 1/4" to 5/16". Now 2nd inspection by building department failed as Tapcons not tight. A third installer crew shows up to tightening the Tapcons. They step on a curtain valance for support, ripping it out from the wall. Sloppily they try to rehang 8' valence by attempting to use old anchors and without disassembly of curtains and brackets from valance. The next night the valance and curtains came crashing down. I am not secure knowing that the tapcons that are supposed to securely hold the frame in the wall have been severely compromised.Review fromJohn W

1 starHigh pressure sales starting with the initial inquiry and in-person visit. Promises made and did not deliver. Installation took approximately two months. Numerous issues. Total paid $10,785 for EZE BREEZE patio. Product is inferior compared to competition. Definitely not customized as agreed. Upon installation, we found the following issues: broken window lock, window frames not measured correctly, failed to remove old screens, found multiple tears in vinyl windows, installers drilled approximately 20 holes in the aluminum frames and left them unfilled, the door frame was "**********", multiple screen stings not clipped, the installers left truck tire marks in our lawn along with a lot of debris/garbage, multiple screws/aluminum clippings "dumped" into the landscaping, a travel voucher was promised and never delivered despite requesting multiple times, and sales rep "disappeared" once the agreement was signed. Installation took place April 28, 2023. A rep showed up May 3, 2023 to view the issues and promised all would be corrected. As of June 4, 2023, the company has been unresponsive. All issues remain. We requested a discount for the associated issues and have not been granted such. I do not recommend New South Window Solutions. I highly recommend New South for impact windows and doors. They have the best product and an exceptional team. They did an incredible job at my home. Every interaction with every employee was perfect. From sales to finance to office/project planning to the installation! I could not be happier! Thank you New South! Keep up the excellent work!

Both my wife and myself are looking forward to having new south windows installed in the next few months. Also We would highly recommend ************************* the salesperson who took time and explain to us in detail about the windows and the financing we could use to purchase them as well.
