This is a horrible company. They took two valuable rugs to clean for us. They wanted a significant deposit (half the total bill), which seemed inexplicable to us because they HAD our valuable rugs. Why would they ask a customer to pay a deposit if they held our goods? This is what my wife asked. The answer, by a guy whose last name is *****, was "do not worry", which my wife understood as acquiescence that a deposit was not needed. When the rugs were ready, they called in an insulting tone and said that "because you have not paid a deposit, we can't deliver your rugs". This time it was I on the phone, and I asked for an explanation. I told them to bring the rugs and I would pay in full, in cash, as they wanted. They refused and hang up the phone in a rude manner, saying again: "now you will have to pick up the rugs if you want them". Then they called back and promised to send photos, if I would send a deposit. I agreed, since we needed to have the rugs (we were moving). I sent the deposit via Zelle. They sent me the following message "we will take the rugs, but the rugs DO NOT LEAVE THE *** until you have paid in full".The day of the move, they came after the promised time. I gave the man (Ladin) the $350. He said: "I don't have time for this, it's 700". I said we had Zelled the deposit. As it turned out, their bank had not posted but I showed him my bank's confirmation of money sent. It would have been understandable to then just give me a chance to call my bank and figure things out, and find a way to pay them, but they threatened rudely to leave, in front of the movers "this is ridiculous, I don't have time for this, I'm leaving" (yelling). They humiliated us, practically made us beg for 15 minutes to go to the bank. When I gave them the money, 15 minutes later, he did not want to unload the rugs. He said: "they are your rugs, you take them", but had been paid, they didn't wan to leave with stolen property. And I am understating their vulgarity. Awful.
