    The owner of this company is the most unprofessional individual I have ever met. He yells and shouts at building staff, me and anyone else around him. I overheard him yelling at our reception staff at the top of his lungs while they were on the phone with me trying to clear him to come up. His behavior can be uphauling. He has serious anger management issues and comes across as unstable and dangerous to have in our house, to be around or even have in our building.The quality of work done was horrible. He never covered furniture consistently as stated in the contract would be done. What was done was not done consistently. He left our walls destroyed after removing popcorn. Either he or one of his staff left f**** in a tub in our bathroom. We now have a formal complaint with *****'s list about him and are in mediation. He demands final payment while it is double to fix the damage he did. Like the other reviewer here. He was kicked out of our home and his access to the property removed immediately after. We can't have people (either himself or his staff) throwing f**** around our house and yelling and shouting at everyone around him. It was a huge mistake to hire him. Would never recommend him to anyone. I also spoke with our maintenance. He and his staff are also known to our building staff. They said he has a reputation of doing very bad work and being very difficult to work with. I am on our condo board, and he will never be allowed to do further work for us personally nor on our building.
