    I ordered 5-7 lbs of soursop fruit from this business on 6-23-23.The order # is ****. I paid $108 and gave a $3 tip. My total payment was $111.00.The tracking # is ************ This was my first and only order.The fruit arrived on 7-7-23.The cold pack was warm. The fruit was green and very firm. I received 4 fruits.I kept the fruit on top of my refrigerator in a loose brown paper bag and checked it twice daily to see if it had soften.After a few days one of the 4 fruits soften.When I ate it, 1/3 to 1/4 of the fruit was still ****** and inedible inside, ( it didn't yield to my bite), it was also slightly gray, the remainder of this particular piece of fruit was fine and juicy.The next day another fruit had soften. Later that day my adult daughter ate about half of it and sent me a photo that illustrated that the remainder of the fruit was horribly blacken and indeed not fit for consumption. When I arrived home that day, I saw that the remaining 2 fruits was still firm, (unripened), and had grown fungus.The company initially refused to send me a replacement of fruit, even though I sent photos of the problem as previously described. Later I called the business and spoke with ****. He said that he would text me a 70% off coupon code for the fruit replacement. He failed to do so, after he promised me the coupon code and had since not answered my phone calls and texts.The company never explained the proper fruit storage, though I did research it before I received the fruit. It only explained what it should look and feel like when ripen.I am disappointed in this company's lack of interest in satisfying a first time customer that paid $108 plus a tip for fruit.I want Said to keep his word on providing a 70% off coupon code for me to reorder the fruit.He said that with it, I will only be paying for the S/H fees.Thank you BBB.

    The business has not contacted

    me. They made a promise to send me a

    coupon for the same product with me

    only being charged shipping and

    handling fees.The above promise

    was made before I complained to

    the BBB.They have not honored that

    promise or contacted me since.
