    On December 5 I went to Trinity funeral Chapel and was greeted by ******* were we sat down to talk about the service I was looking for and what Mrs ***** and I the funeral homeowner had discuss for ***** so *** called ***** on the phone so I told her I need to see what she was charging for she gave me a rough draft of a contract because I havent released the body to them yet so them it was just ******** talking and she showed me some pictures of caskets and obituaries and told her I wanted a white one for my dad and showed her that obituary I want it I pay ***** because ***** took $100 off the 9600 to have a viewing for 2 hours and after that to go to the cemetery to lay my dad to rest on the 11, of December I went in to drop the clothes off and *** gave me 2 paper to look over and I told her that the color was wrong she called ***** and she said I got her word that the casket was going to be white so I said okay and signed n left so on the day on service from me walking in there nothing was ready after sitting in the waiting area for 20 minutes I went to their office and saw on of the man eating and *** was on the computer I asked them where the viewing room that when they realized that they didnt open it for us so when the man gave me a obituary I told him that not what I originally ordered then when I went to view the body my dad was in the wrong color casket so *** called ***** and she told them to put him in the white one so now that took away from us viewing the body after seeing my dad in the white casket I saw that the casket was use was dents and scratches and paint chipped off and a pillow was dirty when I complain *** called ***** on the phone and she said they can order the white one n when it get there then I can bury my dad on a Tuesday or Wednesday like what are u crazy people took time from work and came in town for this so she offered a 200 refund and I said no so then they called the owner Mrs ************ ask her for ***** refund she said no they can give $500 n a blanket when we got to the cemetery the flowers was not missing after waiting for 30 for ***** to come with it we did everything without the flowers
