    The installers came to install my garage door on April 23. They spent six hours the last hour and a half which was hammering with a I asked them if there was a problem they said it was complicated because it had a lock on the garage door. When they finished, they called me out to show me and in the process they said they had to leave that the owner would be the next day to make any adjustments that they had to go to another job. The next day the owner came over, made an adjustment the sliding bolt lock, and it worked a little better. He then offered at no cost to me as he put it that he was doing me a favorand he was going to install a deadbolt. I wanted the lock fixed because with the deadbolt I could not unlock the door from the outside. He came back a few days later and installed the deadbolt on the inside of the garage a few days later, I decided to check the deadbolts to see if they were snug, and I found the bottom s**** completely stripped out of the sheet metal. In other words you can turn a clockwise to tighten and it wont tighten. Itll just spin. I then decided to check more sheet metal screws on the inside of the door andafter finding several, I just gave up and called the company. The office attendant ***** sounded as if I was calling again with a problem And I asked to have *** call me. That is the owner. She said he couldnt call me now cause he was driving. I do trust this company to resolve anything without some type of supervision. I would like this problem resolved thank you.
