The owner approached me at an entrepreneur conference about my startup business. She stated she was a celebrity business coach and could assist me with growing my tax preparation company on the internet to 7 figures by securing celebrity clients and high-earning doctors. I stated to the owner I could not afford a $40,000 program as I did not have a job and my business was not profitable at the time. She requested me to send my contact info to her Instagram so that she can call me from her office. The owner convinced me to use various credit cards to pay for the program because she was sure I would see an immediate return on my investment She stated she had many plays to make quick money and none of them worked. After being in the program for several months I realized the program was a scam because the information provided was fraudulent because she passed along information for grants that were not suitable for my business. I made several complaints to the owner that she was not providing the results, coaching services, or coaching topics that she promised to deliver, and that her program was not suitable for a tax preparation company or at all for an Accountant. I also pointed out several times that I had not made one sale since being in the program after following her proven methods although she promised I would see a return on my $40,000 investment. She talked me into changing my target audience to make quick money, I did everything she told me to and made NO money. I made a complaint again on April 24, 2024, after paying in full for the program citing the fact that the program has not helped me make any money or obtain any new clients and the owner became furious and told me she'd rather not have me in her program but refused to refund any portion of my money. After my last complaint, she locked me out of the system although I was paid in full and I did not have access to any of the materials or lessons that I paid $40,000 for.

We appreciate the opportunity to respond to the complaint filed by the Customer regarding her experience with ********************** dba- ********************** Innercircle Mentorship Program. Our primary goal is to ensure the best possible experience for all our program participants and subscribers.

She worked extensively with Vocal Wallstreet during her time in the program. We have provided her with all the requested deliverables as per the signed proposal and the program's terms. Our records show that she received access to all resources, coaching calls, and materials included in the program.

Regrettably, we had to remove her from the Vocal Wallstreet Program due to a consistent lack of participation and overall pushback when we attempted to resolve her concerns. As outlined in our Terms of Participation, the Vocal Wallstreet Innercircle Mentorship Program reserves the right to limit, suspend, and/or terminate any Client/Mentee subscription and participation if the individual:

Becomes disruptive or ****** difficult to work with, Hinders the productivity and/or participation of any Vocal Wallstreet Innercircle Mentorship Program employee, subscriber, customer, client, or instructor, Fails to follow Vocal Wallstreet Innercircle Mentorship Program guidelines as laid out in the agreement.

Customer agreed to the payment terms and conditions upon signing up for the program. As stated in Section 1 of the agreement, she consented to all payments and agreed to waive any rights to charge-back, dispute, or make claims against any payment made to Good Girl Enterprises LLC dba Vocal Wallstreet Innercircle Mentorship Program. She acknowledged that all payments were valid and consented to the purchase of the program.

Attached to this response are the email communications sent to [Customer's Name], detailing the reasons for her removal from the program due to inactivity. We have made multiple attempts to address her concerns and facilitate her participation, but unfortunately, her lack of engagement persisted.

In conclusion, we believe we have acted in accordance with our program guidelines and have made every reasonable effort to accommodate her. Our decision to remove her from the program was based on a lack of participation and adherence to our terms of participation. We stand by our policies and believe they are necessary to ensure a positive experience for all our clients.

I am rejecting this response because: The business failed to deliver on promises of my business generating revenue after several months of being in the program and adhering to all instructions. The coach became confrontational when brought to her attention that the program was not providing the promised benefits and immediately stated she did not want me in the program while participation was active from enrollment through April when the complaint was made. I was terminated before the end of the agreement and was not provided access to participate after the complaint was made to the coach and the coach received full payment. The coach denied access to participation.

    Sincerely,

    Adding to complaint

The business owner deceitfully and intentionally left out my participation records from January 2024 through termination in April ********************************************************************************************************* April 2024.

    Business Response

    Date: 08/02/2024

From January 2024 through April 2024, ***** did participate in certain aspects of the program. However, it is important to note that mere participation does not guarantee results. As clearly stated in our Signed Proposal, "Profitability and manifestation of results are solely contingent upon the work ethic, application, action taking, implementation, and execution of the Client/Mentee provided the information taught within the program."
During this period, despite her participation, there were consistent issues related to her level of engagement and the implementation of the strategies taught. Our records indicate a pattern of pushback on feedback provided and a lack of actionable follow-through on the guidance offered. This ultimately hindered her progress and led to disruptions in the overall group dynamic.

The decision to remove her from the program was not taken lightly. It was based on the combination of her participation issues, consistent late payments, and the need to maintain a positive and productive environment for all members. The communication she references, where she was informed of her removal, was part of a necessary step to uphold the integrity of our program and ensure the best possible outcomes for all participants.

We've also updated additional documentation to show that:

    1. ***** was still given Program Information for Live Coaching Call Sessions well into May despite lack of participation

    2. Series of Late Payments throughout her time with the Program that the Signed Proposal has strict stipulations on. Vocal Wallstreet provided much leniency into receiving payments that did not align with her agreed upon payment plan.

We stand by our original response and actions. Our goal is always to ****** a supportive and effective learning environment, and we must take steps to ensure that this is maintained. We believe that the terms of our program and the reasons for *****'s removal were clearly communicated and were in line with the policies to which she agreed upon enrollment.

I am rejecting this response because: the program was paid in full as agreed upon and that has no bearing on the results she verbally promised and failed to provide. A verbal commitment is also a legal contract. The coach was informed that I could not afford her program which promises to make millions with an online business before enrollment and the coach convinced me to use several avenues of credit promising that I will receive results as a return on investment. The coach also agreed to the payment arrangements that resulted in her being paid $40,000 from August 2023 - April 2024 although the program was supposed to be for 12 months.

After completing several of the coach's tactics step by step exactly as she instructed, I brought to her attention that there is no change in my revenue on several occasions from November 2023, through April 2024. When I expressed my dissatisfaction of the program the coach became confrontational and in April ******************************************************* from the program. How can I participate after April ************************************** from the program and became confrontational?

I was supposed to have access to the program and portal through September 2024 of which I paid $40,000 for with ability to watch replays and access e-courses and this was not provided. Her decision to offboard me was made immediately after I completed my final payment of $40,000 in April 2024 which I believe is part of her scam. Because I exposed her program, she is refusing to provide a refund.

    Sincerely,
