    ****** and Crown Design Builders completed a flat roof replacement for my family early 2022. Immediately after the repair, we had roof leaks as the result of damage to the existing, unreplaced roof which caused interior damage. ****** begrudgingly repaired the issue after months of asking (and the repairs done were not satisfactory). However, we decided to let it be. Fast forward to early 2024, we are having leaks around the entire perimeter of the the replaced roof. We had a friend who is a roofer come by to evaluate and it seems that the tie in of the flat roof to the existing roof was done improperly/not done at all, resulting in damage to the house. Despite phone calls, voicemails and text messages, ****** and Crown Design Builders has ignored our request for help, despite the fact that the roof replacement we performed with him and his company had a 7 year warranty. We have been forced to use a different company to repair the roof to prevent further damage for $3750 and this does not include the price for remediation of the interior damage.
