    Boxes didnt just movethey flowed. Crew communicated like a single unit, adjusting mid-step without a hitch. Timing was sharp, every motion efficient. My belongings were handled like heirlooms. The truck was clean and clearly maintained. Felt more like coordination than labor. Highly recommend this level of work.

    Do not trust this company with any of your items. I had never used a moving company before. So unfortunately, I didn't know what should have happened during the contracting phase. No one ever came out to my apartment to look at my items, nor did they do a video call to see how much stuff I had. I had to do a phone call telling them of my furniture, even though I explained that some of it was large, they listed it, however, they pleased. So when I got the contract showing how much it would be, I was okay with it because they estimated based on their professional opinion, how much square footage I needed (Or so I thought)... i was also quoted 3-5 days for delivery. Well pickup day came along, and the movers were a third party (which I was not told about) and they told me that I needed almost double the amount of square footage and would have to charge me an additional $2000. Obviously I had already paid a deposit so they kind of had me and I had no choice since I had to be out that day. After this point anytime I called *** they would tell me that I had to speak with the movers, not them. And when three weeks passed, and we still did not get our stuff delivered, they've still said that they were not the ones to talk to. I lost money because I had to keep pushing back my new job start date because I kept being told things would be delivered, and now I have a bunch of damaged items and even a hole in one of my closet doors thanks to the movers. To be specific, ***** (who apparently is the customer service manager) was incredibly rude and gave me nothing but attitude when I tried to speak with her. She has even hung up on me on multiple occasions. Save your money and DO NOT trust these people. They don't know what they're doing, and you will end up with a bunch of last minute costs, and a long delivery wait with no answers.
