    We are an educational non-profit and contracted with Nelson Romero Multimedia Services to redesign our website. We sent a 50% deposit and never received any services, and Mr. ********************** is not answering texts or emails. We checked with the web hosting company, and he has not done any work on the website. It has been almost four weeks since we sent the deposit.We would like a refund of our deposit. We have had to change all our passwords since we gave Mr. ********************** password access to our website.Thank you

    Hello... you asked if I had heard from Nelson Romero. I have tried many times and no response to calls, texts or emails. 

    I do know that he is at that stated address because I sent books there from Amazon and they were delivered. Amazon took a photo of the delivery.

    Thank you so much for calling him. He doesn't even pick up the phone when I call. He heavily advertises his services on Fiverr and I'm afraid he is doing this scam to several people every day.

    Unfortunately it's almost the perfect crime since the amount is small and many businesses will just give up. I am going to call the ********************************** to see what they say.
