    Terrible experience! Gave them $25k down payment for our commercial space buildout and they removed 1 wall, framed another and framed our counter area and said they were out of money. Never sent a detailed expense list after at least 6 requests. We never received our copy of the contract and it took 4 months to get their proof of insurance. Sent them all documents for our permit application on July 5 and they never submitted the application until mid August. Very little help during the permit review process and at times couldn’t even get them to upload the documents to Manatee County that were required after we did the leg work to obtain the documents. Basically walked off the job after I demanded an itemized expense record. If you are considering this company, I would be happy to share our text and email history as well as the before and after photos so you can decide for yourself if this is a company you want to do business with.
