1 starI recently had the unfortunate experience of hiring ****** Custom Homes for a New Home Build. From start to finish, my interaction with this company has been nothing short of a nightmare. Their subpar work, lack of professionalism, and blatant bullying tactics for final payment have left me utterly frustrated and disappointed.The construction process began with promises of quality craftsmanship and attention to detail. Unfortunately, these promises were empty, as the work that followed was riddled with errors, shoddy craftsmanship, and a complete disregard for industry standards. The walls were uneven, the flooring was improperly installed, and the overall finish was far from the expected quality.As if the poor workmanship wasn't enough, the company's unprofessional behavior made the situation even worse. Communication was abysmal, with emails and phone calls often going unanswered for days. When they did respond, it was usually with excuses or attempts to shift blame onto others. This lack of accountability only exacerbated the frustration and delays.Perhaps the most infuriating aspect of my experience was their relentless pursuit of final payment before completing the punch list items. The punch list, which consisted of numerous large items that needed to be corrected, was disregarded by ****** Custom Homes. Instead of addressing these issues promptly, they insisted on pressuring me for final payment, using bullying tactics to try and force me into compliance. It was clear that their primary concern was getting their money rather than delivering a satisfactory project. Throughout this ordeal, I reached out to various consumer protection agencies. In conclusion, my experience with ****** Custom Homes has been an absolute nightmare. Their subpar work, unprofessional behavior, and bullying tactics for final payment have left me extremely dissatisfied and regretful of ever engaging in their services.Review fromDana B

Please think hard before using this company..if they're your last option good luck..they will go missing ********** at a time they treat the job like a side job..they take on alot of projects so they Wont be consistent..it will feel like a bad relationship that is taking forever to be over..I should hv gone with the other guys. The devil is busy. My opinion and my truth..I WOULDN'T RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY.

You were originally quoted 3-5 months from the time we break ground. Your permit was issued on June 13th- We were over there to start digging on June 17 th to dig your pool. We received the pool steel inspection on **** and poured your shell on 7-22. We were over there the following week to plumb the pool. Your pool cage is up and equipment is on its way. We also just had a Cat 4 hurricane that shut the town down for about 3 weeks. Your pool will be finished within the next 3 weeks. Possibly sooner. That will put us right inline with what we told you to begin width and actually on the shorter side of that time frame. I feel like this review is premature and we never had a chance to receive a good review from you. You say that you are a professional reviewer but it seams like most of your reviews are just negative. Regardless I can assure you your pool will be completed in the time frame it was originally quoted.Thanks again for your business and I'm sorry you feel like your project has been neglected but this is very much how building pools and homes go at the moment. I would be interested to hear from anybody else as far how long a pool is taking to get done. I know for a fact many people are taking 6 months to 8 months with some companies quoting close to a year.
