Fantastic company! Timely, communicative, knowledgeable and professional. Even the inspector complimented their work upon final inspection. I highly recommend them.

Very disappointed with this company my general contractor hired them for some electrical work on my hurricane Ian damaged home, their employees are basically worthless except for one, the work has not been completed and now they are threatening us with a lein against our home and we never signed or saw a contract from them. It has always been between them and our general contractor, we didn't select them, didn't hire them, never saw a contract, nothing thru us. The employees are not skilled, in fact one of them hung our bathroom vanity light upside down, when I asked why he told me "because the screws were too long". Needless to say, we got shorter screws. One of the employees was 'bad mouthing' general contractors to my wife to make excuses for his incompetence I guess. Not cool! Our general contractor has been amazing! I'm sure they are as frustrated as we are with them. The owner, Chris, was standing in our driveway this morning trying to serve my wife with papers, what the heck? I would avoid this company at all costs!

Larry- This is becoming nothing short of exhausting as we continue to say the same information to you over and over. You continue to trash our reputation while everything we did was well within our legal rights. YOU DID NOT PAY. YOU MUST PAY YOUR BILLS.

1.) When we were SUBCONTRACTED under Dusty Potter, we explained to you the extent of our work, and what we would be accomplishing with your remodel.

2.) When YOUR hired contractor does not follow a timely manner for installs (no contact for over 60 days), the subcontractor does in fact have the right to terminate the job, and collect payment for the work completed. YOUR hired contractor did not complete his end of the contract in a timely frame, (as noted in our three month long Emails, Calls, Texts, and written letters logs) took over two months to reply to us, did not pay out on his fees for over 30 days, which is not legal in the state of Florida.

3.) When I personally contacted you and your wife on no less than 3 separate occasions to explain the issues you were not only condescending, but aggressive with me on the phone. I was telling you over and over that your legal rights were going to be mailed to you and that we did not want to take this route, but unfortunately due to the issues with no contact from YOUR GC, and the non payment... that we would then have to continue down the path of our legal rights. this conversation, as all of our conversation, are in fact recorded by Calibers online portals and is in our records.

4.) When we mailed you your legal rights, and explaining how and why this was going on, you refused to sign. This is again recorded and placed in our files. We reached out to attempt to let you know that this is FOR YOUR BENFIT to see YOUR legal rights, and is required we send out. Again, your choices to refuse contact and refuse to educate yourself was in your own doing.

5.) When the GC received his information and legal letters, he then reached out to us apologizing and accepting his responsibility in the issues caused. Again we were promised payment, and again nothing has come, and again we have this all recorded.

6.) When we served you the lien against your home, we sent out the OWNER of our company, Christopher, to help you navigate what happens next,. This interaction was AGAIN recorded. Christopher was polite, respectful, and courteous. He even waited outside while you wasted his time stating you would "come out to speak to him" and then instead just hurled insults from behind windows. He waited 30 minuets and then left your property. Again, you wasted OUR company time and resources.

7.) We have addressed the issue with the light being upside down. the light was in fact installed the way the photos on the schematics showed, but due to customer preference you decided you wanted them oriented another way. This was then deemed safe by our tech and they then flipped the lights over the way you preferred.

8.) Your work that is stated on your invoice is completed. The work that was not completed was removed for the invoice, we even went as far to REMOVE purchased materials for your jobs from the invoice and allowed you to keep said materials because we felt that we should meet you half way. Obviously, this was a mistake. We felt, as a company, that because the GC could not move in a timely manner that our customer should not be punished. Unfortunately, that turned to bite us, and you have kept hundreds in materials, while we are going on month FOUR of non payment.

9.) There is a lien against your home,. this is not a "threat". Nor was there any threatening words or actions against you or your wife. This interaction, as all of our interactions, are all recorded.

10.) We have kept open lines of communication and allowing you and your GC to contact us with anything you or he may need. We continue to be professional and continue to attempt to educate you on YOUR legal rights in Florida. You continue to harass and insult our company.

Again, as stated above it is clear to us and anyone else that we are well within our rights and deserve to be paid for our hours upon hours of work, and now hours and hours of letters, mailings, interactions, attempted phone calls, etc. We wish you the best and hope you can come to a resolution with your GC. I highly suggest you reach out to your hired GC and look into your legal rights in Florida,
