    **** and ******* made an AirBNB booking under the account name "*********************************************"**** contacted me asking if they could stay an additional night and pay cash. I said that was fine and to leave the cash on the counter when they checked out. It may sound foolish to agree to that, but given I had met him in person and accepted his cash for an early check in, I felt that he would honor his commitment.He definitely did not leave cash, nor respond to my repeated text messages. My messages are now being bounced back as non-deliverable, so I take it he was using a burner phone.I would upload screenshots of our text communication, if this forum allowed. I find it unsurprising to ****** his name and company now to find these complaints against him, given how he had no problem staying in my home, make a commitment to pay, and then ghost.Beware when engaging in business with this man or company.

    Nick D. is a fraud He agreed o do work for me in Nov 2022 and said it would be completed the week after Christmas NO Work has been completed and his phone is not accepting calls. He took $15,000 deposit for the job and said he would get the pool cage supplies. Nothing has been delivered and no workers have shown up He has made numerous start dates for the work and has been a NO SHOW each time Mike

    Nick called me representing himself as the homeowner of the property needing to have a stump ground. We did the job same day as he requested. It has now been 4 months and nothing but excuses and unanswered calls. During the process I discovered that nick was actually just a guy they hired to do trees despite owning no equipment and clearly no experience. So basically we got used to complete the job and now he is ghosting us for the payment.

    SOUTH WEST ******* BEWARE!! November 28th I met with Proxima Property Solutions& signed a contract for a pool cage that was suppose to be done as per the contract during Christmas week but had an? addition four weeks to cover from delays I gave the owner ***************** a 40% deposit. Since November 28th I havent seen **** nor seen any? materials, permits pulled, ?receipts of ?materials,engineered plans ?that he said he has had since December 20th. His contract deadline was January 23rd 2023, since that date he has been ?promising a refund that we still havent received.Since the beginning their has been nothing but ?excuse after excuse,first was running behind schedule&?? materials would be delivered a few days after we were suppose to meet with ?engineer,day came&no one showed up next ?excuse was in the hospital&his ?partner would be dropping them off,day came no one showed up,asked for contact information for partner, no answer back. Next ?excuse was family issues, we were understanding and gave it a few days heard nothing back yet again,the list goes on and on with everyday with another excuse. When trying to call **** he does not pick up the phone but not even 5 minutes later will text you back saying will call shortly&never does.26th of January I reached out to **** to try getting a refund since it has been nothing but broken promises I was told by **** that this was a ?priority. 26th of January **** stated as per his lawyer he needed a certified letter sent to his business PO Box that he checks daily a letter requesting a refund.January 28th that letter has been delivered&waiting to be picked up. It is now February 14th & no refund as been issued nor as he tried to take care of this like he has promised day after day after week after week.This is just the short story of the nightmare **** has been causing for us. Do your self a favor and DO NOT GIVE THIS GUY YOUR MONEY HE IS A CON ARTIST !!

    I provided a deposit for 50% of cost to make repairs to my screens and some tree work on November 23rd. Since that time he has promised to be on site numerous times and has not come through. When I try to contact him, he either ignores my texts/calls or he shuts down his phone so I can’t get through at all. Mr. DeAngelo is either terrible at project management, scheduling, communicating or he has no intention of doing the work and just stole my money. At this point I would like my deposit back so I can find someone else.

    Ma'am, we just spoke not even an hour ago and you know we will be at the property today. This is very misleading as I have communicated with you on numerous occasions about scheduling. We agreed on the job being started today. Please remove this post as it does not reflect the facts of the matter. I would submit screenshots but BBB does not have an option for that here. We will see you this afternoon and look forward to getting this closed out for you. Thank you.

    On 11/21/22, I ******************************** made a verbal contract to replace storm damaged pool enclosure screens, with: ******* (*****) ********, ProximaLandscape Licensed and Insured Business Address: Proxima Property Solutions  ProximaLandscape Licensed and Insured Business Address: Proxima Property Solutions 8333 Atmore Avenue North Port FL ********** On 11/21/22, Mr. DeAngelo obtained a personal check from me for 50% of the repair work in advance. He assured me that he would prepare an invoice showing receipt of my deposit, details of work and costs associated, and a few customer reviews. He did not do any of that. The work was to be done on 11/28/22. It did not. During the period 11/28/22 and 12/20/22, I have a string of at least 25 text communications wherein he misses deadline after deadline, and appears incompetent to get the work done. Mr. DeAngelo has made one excuse after the other as to why he hasn’t yet completed the work agreed to. Mr. DeAngelo and his company lack integrity and customer support needed to run a small business successfully. I have told Mr. DeAngelo on numerous occasions that his repetitive last minute cancellations were unacceptable and due their frequency no longer want him to do the screen replacement work. I have no trust or confidence in him or his ability to do the job professionally, and therefore demand return of my $900.00 deposit immediately. His reply is always wanting another chance to do the work - which always ends in another delay and no work done. I just want my deposit back, and if it turns out that he is a scammer or preys on seniors like us, then I hope justice prevails and he has to pay the price. ****** ** ********, North Port 34286

    ***, we agreed to have the work finished by 12/22/22. I have text message dialogue showing this although BBB is not allowing me to attach a photo. You gave me a deadline of 9am and my crew will be there before then. I apologize for the inconvenience and delay on the project. There have been many variables leading to the delay.
