    Nick D. is a thief and takes money from people and never does the work. Last year after hurricane Ian, my in-laws and I hired Nick to fix our damaged pool cages. Which he took a deposit from both of us that totaled to 2,950 dollars. He cashed the check immediately that day. We never saw him again since after. It’s has been a constant battle to try and get our refund, that both my in-laws and I submitted formal request for. We even sent it certified mail to get receipts to insure Nick received the letters. His official 30 days were up on February 27th. This man should not be allowed to conduct his scam business in Sarasota County or Charlotte County.
