    We ordered 800 shirts with our logo on them. When we ordered I was there with another company who I brought with me to give them new business. We both made an order, The other gentlemen with me heard my order. We paid when they sent the invoice, and I sent one of my employees to pick it up. They brought it back to the office and after checking it out I realized that they were the wrong item. My assistant called to let them know that they made a mistake and ****** told her that she did not make a mistake and that we were sent the right shirts. Questioning myself I called the other person that was with me, and he received his shirts and his was right and he remembered what was said and he said that I had ordered the same as he did. My assistant called ****** back and she said that we were wrong, and we were given the right order, my assistant told her that the person with me heard what I ordered and what I received is wrong. She said No it is right. No wanting to work it out just yelling over the phone that the order was right. We just want this corrected.

    **** was here and was shown different types of shirts, he chose the same shirts as his previous orders see attached.

    **** has not contacted us at all and since he was the one ordering the shirts it should be him only contacting us, not his staff.

    Since this has begun we have yet to hear from **** at all. there was 3 of us helping him the day he ordered and we all know he said he wanted what he got before.

    We did the correct shirts as we have done several times in the past and we are still waiting on **** to come in or call to discuss.

    The yelling over the phone part is comical, as the only one that was yelling was your assistant. Seeing that in this complaint makes me suspect that the assistant may have her own story she wishes to portray.

    I am rejecting this response because: There was only one person there when me and another contractor went to the business to order shirts, I told her I wanted the silky ones and she ordered the t-shirt ones, they are to hot guys don't like them I said that to her and she order them anyway. She was by herself when I ordered her husband came in after I ordered. I brought the other contractor in to buy shirts I wanted what he ordered, and I said that. He received the right shirts and mine was wrong .I returned the shirts and received nothing as far as a refund or even a call.

    Again we can continue to go back and forth with whomever is replying to this complaint portal or,

    **** himself can discuss this with us as he should have from the beginning. **** was here placing the order with us, and I

    my wife and warehouse manager all know that he indeed ordered the shirts that he received as he has many times before.

    To this date there has been no direct correspondence with **** regarding this .

    One would think the person who placed the order should be the person who would discuss any issues.
