      Wright way is the wrong way. Although they are friendly and did a good job for the week they worked at my house they were not upfront with us and at 80 years old and fixed income my insurance company did not approve of them. Their bill for 8 days of dehumidifiers and fans and someone coming out once a day to monitor was $5,700. My insurance company offered them $3000 which they did not accept as full payment. They did reduce our payment to $2000 which we paid using a credit card. According to our insurance company what they did should not have come to $5700. I was told by them initially not to worry. Insurance will pay. I signed without reading that we would be obligated if insurance did not pay. Again we have been taken advantage of because of our age. They should have stopped immediately when there was an issue. Shame on them. I will never recommend them and continue to warn people that ask who is a good restoration company. They finally admitted to me they were expensive and that should have been addressed upfront. Oh well guess they have enough toilet paper now to last several months at our expense **** *********

      On July 21 2024 Sunset Towers was being reroofed. The roofer left something not finished when the went home on Friday. Over the weekend we received significant rainfall and 14 units flooded. The HOA contacted Wrightway for emergency repairs. Wrightway came and dried the building out. They then did some demo. They promised to put everything back as soon as it was sufficiently dried. The left the site and were not in contact with any of the residents for three weeks. I hired another contractor to replace what Wrightway had removed not wanting to live with my toilet in the shower stall and the sink in my bedroom. Now comes the issue. Wrightway is harassing me over an $18,000.00 charge. They have no contract with me. No justification for the charge was ever offered other than see the attached estimate. There has been no attachments. In addition they have also billed my insurance company causing disruptions in the processing of my claim. I have explained my position to them and received no reply on harsher requests for payment. Advertising yourself as a professional contractor the should know their claim is with the roofers insurance and possibly the HOA not the residents who never contacted them

      Great company to work with, and employees are very friendly. Would highly recommend using this company to help navigate you through the insurance claim process.

      The WrightWay team has always been great to work with. Especially ***** He is very helpful and is very knowledgeable. They have a great team.

      I recommend WrightWay Emergency Services totally. I had the I unfortunate event of a condo unit above me have a water pipe fail and water damage to my unit. This was at 3am and WrightWay was called and an hour they were on the scene and setting up to dry out my condo. Explaining the process of getting my place repaired. Very impressive how quickly response was. All the people I have been in contact with are super supportive and friendly.

      Fast turnaround and professional staff. Detail oriented in finding my leak and all wet and damaged areas (drywall, floor boards, carpet), stabilized home and sent hygienist to check for mold. Overall great experience during difficult and frustrating times.
