      Joseph and Paul from Simply Trees were here yesterday to trim my Laurel **** ****** had to climb the tree to take care of some issues caused by the hurricane. He raised the canopy as well so I can walk under the tree again. They have been maintaining the tree for several years and have always done a great job. **************

      They were organized and did a fine job with one exception. They misidentified a few of my trees and did not prune a small tree I specifically asked them to prune. They have apologized but have refused to come back and prune it.

      Our Simply Trees Team made provided work for the customer on site, with a walk through at start of service and end of services. The proposal was revised several times to accommodate change requests made by the customer. Ultimately there was 1 tree with incorrect images in the proposal after changes were made. It is unfortunate that the customer did not read the proposal thoroughly or advise the team on site of any issue regarding the work performed.

      Additional efforts were made by email to discuss the issue once brought up by the client following services. Our team offered to return to site nearly immediately to prune the additional small tree, with minimal pruning costs, as we had completed the other tree she brought up for work while on site, however the client refused the offer.

      Honest estimates with fair prices, experienced and respectful workers, always leave the job well done and cleaned up. Have used them several times for tree removal, trimming, and maintenance. Highly recommend them.
