    I ordered a used exercise sandbag off of the companys site. The order # was *****. Within a couple of days, the company reached out to me to let me know that I would have to pick this up locally at a location called *************************. Based on a ****** search, this is in ******, **. I live in the *******, AZ area. Nowhere during the ordering process does the site say anything about having to pick-up the product yourself in a different location. They actually have you fill out a shipping address when you order, which you would think meant that they are shipping the product. I responded to the email and asked how to cancel the order as I had never been told that I was physically to pick this up, plus I had already received an email saying that the order was completed. Never received a response. I reached out to the company directly using their customer email, never received a response either. So I paid for something that I cant get, which they never told me about until after the fact, and when I try to cancel the order and get my money back, they refuse to respond and refund me.
