On or about August 1st. I took my 13 foot Boston whaler to Trick Marine for service. All filters and fluids were to be changed in the motor and lower unit, spark plugs changed, Bimini top frame to be replaced and throttle and steering to be adjusted. After putting the boat in the water to bring the boat home, it quit running. Trick replaced a fuel pump and the boat would still not run and started making grinding sound coming from the lower unit. I took the boat to Complete Marine (an authorized *************** center). The found the following items 1. Lower unit did not have oil.2.Raw fuel discharging through exhaust.3. Wrong spark plugs and installed incorrectly causing *************.4.Physical damage to the boat.5. Damage to the throttle control.6. Wrong fuel pump that caused further damage to different fuel components. Also my trailer was returned damaged and the front wheel missing. The Bimini top is the wrong size and does not fit and fabric is ripped and has grease on it.I am asking for half ($4,000) of the $8,000.bill to be paid to me for damage Trick caused. I am attaching the work order from Complete Marine which states all the damage done. I went to Complete Marine everyday so that they could show me and verify the damage.I have reached out to the owner of Trick Marine ********************************* multiple times looking for a remedy to this situation and he has quit returning my calls.
