    I paid $5,041 for business consulting services with MsCeeEO from May to Oct 2022. I had 1 in-person meeting with the consultant, and 1 or 2 Zoom calls with several communication and technical issues in between. I had to pause my engagement with the company due to a change in my military status. They agreed to the pause and said to let them know when I was available again. I called several months later saying I still wasnt able and asked for a refund. They refused but did say to let them know when I was available to start. When I was able to return to the program in Sep 2023, they said they'd reintegrate me with their system. They have since failed to resolve technical issues, failed to effectively communicate, and ultimately failed to provide the appropriate service and are refusing to offer a refund. Over the past 8 weeks, they told me they would be adding me to a cohort ****** board that would include homework action items and links for booking 1 on 1 coaching calls over the course of 12 weeks. With all their technical issues in reintegrating me, they finally gave me a booking link for weekly team calls with a cohort that began the first week of November. They still had issues adding me to the ****** board, asked for a new account, and told me they would start sending homework manually in the meantime. They never did. 3 weeks passed with still no ****** board or homework. More technical issues occurred with accessing the weekly team calls and after three weeks of me reaching out for help and no responses I finally reached someone on 30 Nov after logging into a zoom call that no one showed up to host due to more technical issues and scheduling confusion. They blamed me and didnt attempt to resolve it. I still dont have a board, homework, or coaching 1 on 1s at 4 weeks into a 12 week program. I requested the legal teams contact info 3 days in a row to discuss the refund policy that doesnt exist in my contract. They still have not responded to my request.
