    Employee refused to touch my machine, tell me I'm stupid, and then threaten to fight me and get in my personal space after asking them to leave for not doing their job. So much that the owner and his wife scrambled to rectify the situation saying he was fired and they would be out immediately to actually warranty my machine as the motor was installed incorrectly by their previous tech.

    We appreciate the opportunity to respond to this complaint, though we respectfully disagree with the customer's account of the events.
    Our technician did not insult, threaten, or act aggressively toward the *********** fact, the technician remained calm and professional throughout the interaction, despite the customer using profanity, yelling, and acting in an aggressive manner. The technician was asked to leave the property and did so without incident and immediately notified ownership.
    After being informed of the situation, ownership promptly intervened to assess the concerns. It was determined, after reviewing the customers account, that on 5/27/2024 a service call was placed by the homeowner and a technician installed an outdoor motor at the time of service. 10 months after installation of the motor, on 4/11/2025 in the evening after hours, the customer called into the office to request another service call due to complaints with the motor previously installed on 5/27/2024. A service call was scheduled for a technician to return out on 4/12/2025 first thing in the AM. Our ownership promptly assessed the concerns, spoke with the customer, and arranged to come out for further evaluation. At that time, we honored the warranty and corrected the issue at no cost to the customer in the early afternoon of 4/12/2025.
    While we respect every customers right to voice their opinion, we strongly object to the spread of false misinformation and defamatory allegations that misrepresent and unfairly damage our reputation.
    Additionally,as a matter of company policy and professional ethics, we do not discuss employee or HR-related matters with customers. These issues are handled privately and internally.
    Fast Air Heating and Cooling remains committed to delivering quality service with integrity, and we take pride in maintaining a respectful and professional environment for both our customers and our team.

    I appreciate the time you took to use AI to write this for you and fill in what little information you had to, but if we need to use the security footage from my cameras to confirm the incident, ****** saying repeatedly that "Hes fired, that is ******** we don't put up with that at our company." We absolutely can if you'd like. Or if you wanna keep defending a dude who's been arrested 5 times for domestic abuse and assault. The warranty was done under the agreement that the tech did not work for you and as he still does, you violated our agreement.
