    The technician was very nice and friendly. I called in to have yearly service done and ducts checked as noticed some rooms werent cooling as fast. Lady on phone said 2 months out for checking ducts but could get me in for my yearly maintenance on unit next day and she added note to check air ducts if they had time. I agreed to that and she told me cost was $120 for maintenance and if they do ducts be extra $99. I agree to that as prices were fair. Technician came and did maintenance didnt fully inspect ducts and didn't charge for that. When technician arrived I explained to him been issue for a while feeling house doesn't cool but I just wanted maintenance on unit and ducts checked if he had time. I didnt ask him for a diagnostic either. I needed freon as was low so I agreed to that price. I got my bill and there was a service charge added for $99. I called up she said it was for the diagnostic i requested, I never requested a diagnostic I asked for yearly maintenance when I called. I was very shocked and displeased that the 99 service charge was not told to me on initial call. I was told $120 for maintenance and $99 for ducts no service fee was ever mentioned to me when scheduling. Unfortunately due to this I wont use them again as I like to be told charges upfront not surprised on my bill. Good technician but customer service needs to be upfront on charges for customers.

    Absolutely great service from Eddie *******. The unit went out during the hurricane season and the service tech took the time and asked if I needed anything done around my home. Not only a service provider, but a gentleman. You should stick with Ocala Heating and Air

    Excellent service, the girls in the office are Very friendly and efficient! And Ray the only tech I've had was awesome!
